14 days, no questions asked. If Voci is not for you, email support@voci.ca within 14 days of a payment and you get all of it back. You do not have to explain why.
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial where offered, and the free plan has no time limit. Between them you can see whether the method works for you without spending anything. Cancel during a trial and you are never charged.
It runs from the date of the payment — a first payment or a renewal. Ask inside it and the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Access ends when the refund is issued.
Refunds are normally processed within two business days. How quickly the money appears is up to your bank, usually 5–10 days.
Outside the window, refunds are not automatic, but ask anyway if something went wrong — a charge you did not expect, a renewal you meant to cancel, a feature that did not work. These get sorted out case by case and the answer is often yes.
Two things are always refunded, whenever they happen:
Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. That is usually what people want.
Same 14 days for a full refund. After that, if you cancel mid-year you keep access to the end of the year you paid for. If you have a specific reason for wanting the unused months back, ask — it is considered.
These are sold by Apple, not by Voci, and Apple controls the refund. Voci cannot issue one for an App Store purchase even when we would like to.
Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in iOS Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History. If Apple refuses and you think that is unfair, email support@voci.ca — we cannot overrule Apple, but we can sometimes help.
Web subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record. Paddle appears on your statement and issues your invoice. Refunds are requested from us and processed through Paddle; you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with your order details.
This policy is in addition to the rights the law gives you and does not replace them. Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts; in Canada, provincial consumer protection legislation applies. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law wins.
Email support@voci.ca from the address on your account, and mention roughly when you paid. That is enough. You will get a reply within two business days.
